Cherry Blossoms

In early April, we took a day trip down to DC to see the cherry blossoms for the first time.  We parked right down by the Tidal Basin and had a nice morning walking around the basin and seeing some of the monuments, including new ones like the Martin Luther King monument that we had never seen before. Even though the blossoms weren't that impressive, it was a great day!

We also went to see the cherry blossoms in our park and they were in full force!
