3.5 Year Update

Proper update to come once life settles down a bit here, but here are some pics from Saturday when Grandpa and Grandma Porter arrived and Jackson turned 3.5 years old.

3 year update

Weight:  37.1 lbs
Length: 39.25 inches

Jackson was very good for his 3 year check-up.
My Likes: Thomas, Percy, James and every other train known to mankind.  This includes the many Thomas iPad apps I have.  I'm also really good at puzzles.  And I'm totally into any Disney/Pixar movie mommy and daddy show me, particularly if it's coupled with popcorn and bubbles.  I also like to drive my shopping cart around the house and "crash the wheels."  And speaking of driving, I like to sing along to songs when we are in the car.  And I like doing the "photobooth" with mommy on the computer.

My Dislikes:  The pink "backpack" mommy wants to put on me when we go to swim lessons.  Not even a donut bribe will get me to put one on.  I also don't like when things aren't like they "normally" are.  For example, I don't like when daddy drives mommy's car and I make a point of telling him that.  I don't like when mommy & daddy take away my trains if I've been naughty, but I've started to catch on to their game and have been behaving a bit better lately.

My Words: I talk quite a bit, particularly when I'm playing my trains.  I'm pretty good at articulating what I want and more importantly what I don't want.

Looking forward to in the next few months: Going to CA in April!  Mommy has a work conference, so daddy and I are tagging along to go to Disneyland, Sea World, the San Diego zoo, Legoland and baseball games (the Brewers will be in San Diego!).  Word on the street is that Auntie Andra may even visit from Paris in May!

Honey came up with Jackson's official logo!

2.5 year update

Jackson decides to weigh himself at his 2.5 year appt.

Weight: 34.6 lbs (90-95th percentile)

Length: 37.5 lbs (75-90th percentile)

My Likes: Transportation:  Trains, trains, trains.  City bus, shuttle bus, trolley bus.  Big trucks.  Motorcycles.  Bicycles. And I point every. single. one. out while we are in the car.  Hitting the baseball off the tee (with the wrong end of the batt), going to the playground, destroying the house, helping myself to anything in the refrigerator, drinking "bubbles", playing with Joey, eating cereal, watching movies, watching baseball with daddy.

My Dislikes:  Mommy.  No really, I much prefer daddy right now.  Mommy would say she dislikes me biting and hitting, but this is suppose to be about me, and not her.

My Words: Lots of words and sentences that allow me to be pretty bossy. Some of my best quotes are "Not nice momma!" and "No, daddy do it."  I also can sing lots of songs like ABCs, Itsy Bitsy Spider, Row Row Row Your Boat.  I also have some of the books momma reads me memorized and repeat it with her like "Five Little Monkeys." I also repeat everything that momma and daddy say, so they have to be extra careful now.

Looking forward to in the next few months: Grandma Honey is coming to visit at the end of October and then Grandma and Grandpa Porter are coming in early November.

2 years old!

Weight: 33.8 lbs (90th percentile)

Length: 36 inches (90th percentile)

My Likes: Love jamming out with daddy to the "knee" (concerts on TV) and going to my weekly music classes.  I'm less into the iPad these days, which makes mommy very happy.  We are also in the bad habit of going out for pizza every Friday night.  Daddy and I pull up to the house, mommy jumps in the car and I yell "pizza!"  Reading my books, even the ones that have real pages - I'm surprisingly gentle with them.  Watching Elmo, Pooh, Thomas in mommy & daddy's bed, going into the fridge to find something to eat & drink (the pediatrician told us to lay off the milk), when mommy & daddy have friends over so I can show off.

My Dislikes:  Brushing my teeth and putting my clothes and coat on top the list.

My Words: The week I turned two, I really decided to start talking.  I can say pretty much any (simple) word that mommy and daddy ask me to say, and I'm starting to put lots of words together.  My favorite is "no fill in the blank." No bed, no bath, no coat, no, no, no, nooooooooooooooo.

Trips: Other than our trip to Miami, I've been staying pretty close to the homestead.

Looking forward to in the next few months: The first weekend in March I'm going to VT for the first time so mommy and daddy can go skiing with Katie and Andy while I chill with the other kids at the resort day care.  I do  get to go out in the snow, which will be fun because we have had almost no snow this year!  At the end of April, I'm going to see Grandma and Grandpa Porter in the Bahamas while mommy and daddy go to Jenna's wedding. I am excited to be in my first wedding in July when G-mommy Kate and Matt get married.

21 month update (and a haircut)

21 months - pre-haircut
Weight: 33 lbs

Length: 34.25 inches (ok, technically when mommy measured me it was 33.75 inches, but 3 months ago the dr said I was 34.25 inches)

My Likes: Hiting the balloon with my soft bat, going up and down the stairs alone, taking a bath, going into the fridge to find "cheez" or "melk", going "ouside", my "yaya (iPad)", Buzz, Elmo, sitting on mommy or daddy's lap while they are at the computer, Skpe with grandparents (I cry when the call is over), having mommy read me books, telling mommy and dady to "walk" and then pulling them to the ground, tackling daddy with a football,

Why do you think it's time for a haircut?

My Dislikes:  I hate having my diaper changed (some things never change).  At the same time, I'm very reluctant to sit on the potty even if it means I could wear "undies."  I still get mad when mommy tells me no and I've started biting again.  I also don't like having my food cut into small pieces - I'll take it whole, thankyouverymuch.  Getting my haircut.
Post-hair cut.  Mommy didn't have the heart to go short.
My Words: Lots of words, but haven't yet put two words together.  I'm finally saying mama a lot and dada has become daddy!  I like to point out the window and say "outside."  Mama and daddy like to make me say Buzz, fish, poon (spoon or fork) because of how I enunciate.  And I've just started to say "no" as well.

Trips: Mommy and daddy have been doing all the traveling lately!  If I'm lucky, I get to Target.

Looking forward to in the next few months: Whirlwind trip to WI for Christmas and New Years.  Mommy also told me that I'll be in the Bahamas in April with mommy & daddy and Grandma and Grandpa Porter so I'm trying to get my belly ready for the beach.

18 month update

Weight: 29 lbs 5 oz (92nd Percentile)

Length: 34.25 inches (92nd Percentile)

Visitors: A lot of people came to my house on July to see me, but then I realized they were really there to send daddy into his 40s.

My Likes: Throwing balls, riding my car around the house, crawling on furniture, playing with the iPad, walking up the stairs alone (no more crawling), smacking Daddy's meatball (belly), picking blackberries off the bush in the backyard, sitting in the front seat of cars (not while in motion), Miss Jenny at day care (who I gives hugs and kisses to!), water (baths, oceans, water tables, splash day)

My Dislikes: I don't really like to listen to mommy and when she makes me mad I either bang my head on the floor or bite her.  I don't have much patience either, which daddy says I get from mommy.

Other milestones: I'm pretty handy with a fork and spoon.

My Words: Melkkkkkkk (for the white stuff you drink), beep beep (for cars), up down, Dada and occasionally daddy (still my favorite word), Mama (seldom!), book, ball, more, bubbles.  Surprisingly, the one wond I don't say is "No" although I love to shake my head

Trips: We just went to RI last weekend and spent a week in WI the first week of July

Looking forward to in the next few months: Grandma Honey and G-Pop coming to visit for a week in Sept and going to the beach while they are here

15 month update

Weight: 27 lbs 6 oz
Length: 32.75 inches
Visitors: Auntie Andra came to visit at the end of February before moving back to Paris.
My Likes: I love listening to music, especially the Beatles and Michael Jackson.  I usually sway back and forth, clap, snap my fingers and have recently been stomping my foot as well.  I like mommy and daddy to hold me - I'm always reaching "up" so they will pick me up.  Banging the cabinet doors, especially when no one is paying attention to me.  I also love reading books, especially Hop on Pop, Barnyard Dance, I am a Bunny and Goodnight Moon. I am definitely an "observer" and like to watch other people.  Have I mentioned how much I love my daddy?  I am definitely a daddy's boy and cannot get enough of his attention.

My Dislikes: I still hate having my diaper changed and therefore turn almost every change into an opportunity to pretend we're at a rodeo.  I have also been throwing some tantrums lately - usually when I don't get my way, or for no reason at all!
Other milestones: I'm saying lots of words now and use a few signs like more, please and love.  I've also been blowing kisses to people when they leave.  I'm a great eater (and not very picky at all) and a great sleeper (approx 7 pm - 6:30 am).  I also love to show off my belly and get lots of laughs when I try to suck my big "daddy belly" in!
My Words: Dada (my favorite word), Mama (seldom!), book, ball, more, bubbles, buh bye (while waving), uh oh (while putting both hands on his head)
Trips: We went to Milwaukee at the end of May for a long weekend.
Looking forward to in the next few months: Grandma and Grandpa Porter coming for a week and a half at the end of May/beginning of June. Going to WI to see all the grandparents (and other family and friends) July 1 - 11.  Hopefully going to the beach one of these weekends!

12 month update

Weight: 25.6 lbs
Length: 29.5 inches
Visitors: G-daddy Phil came to visit at the beginning of February.
My Likes: I love electronics - iPhones, iPads, Blackberrys, laptops, pcs, remotes, microwaves, basically anything that has keys I can press, lights up and/or beeps. I love going into the bathroom or kitchen and pulling everything out of the cabinets.
My Dislikes: I don't like when mommy or daddy take their phones back from me. I really don't like stuff that sticks to my hands (like sand and frosting!).

Other milestones: I got my first stamp in my passport on my birthday when we went to Aruba. Mommy says that is the last time I sit on her and daddy's lap for a flight over 2 hours - I'm just a busy, busy man and it's hard to keep me occupied for that long!
Trips: We went to Aruba for my first birthday! Happy birthday to me.
Looking forward to in the next few months: The weather getting warmer so I can get outside and play with the sand and water table that Grandma and Grandpa Porter bought me for my birthday.

11 month update

Weight: 24 lbs 13 oz - mommy has me on a baby diet! Or it's all that walking I've been doing!

Length: 29.5 inches

Visitors: Nick came this past weekend to visit and go to the Packer game with mommy and daddy. The Packers beat the Eagles and my mommy & daddy even made it home alive. Mommy said I can't be a football player and that I can't go to an Eagles game anytime soon. When we were in WI over Christmas, Michelle, Tim and Madison came down to Milwaukee to visit us as well.

Sleeping patterns: I'm back to being a really good sleeper at night. I still take two naps during the day, but daddy has been warning me that when I move to the one year old room at daycare, I won't have a crib anymore, and will only get one nap!

My Likes: I love walking, walking with my remote control, showing everyone my butt crack, shaking my head no, feeding myself foods like Cheerios and goldfish, kicking the ball, dancing to music and reading books.

My Dislikes: I don't like when I'm investigating what is in cupboards and drawers and mommy tries to trick me into being interested in something else.

Other milestones: I took my first steps on December 18th! Over Christmas, I perfected my form and was walking all over the place and barely crawling any more. I'm also pretty good at drinking from a real cup (move over sippy cup!) assuming my mommy holds it for me. I've been saying "da da" for quite some time now and have muttered a couple of "ma mas" as well.

Trips: We went back to Wisconsin on Christmas Eve and spent Christmas in Milwaukee. On my mommy's birthday, we went to Grandpa Hanson's house in Tomah for a couple of days. Then, it was back to Milwaukee on New Years so mommy and daddy could go out. I spent my first night without both of them at Grandma Honey and G-Pop's house.

Looking forward to in the next month: Going to Aruba on my first birthday! I've got my passport and am ready to go play in the sand.

10 month update

Weight: 25 lbs 12 oz

Length: 29.5 inches

Visitors: Grandma and Grandpa Porter came to visit for 2 weeks over Thanksgiving. We had lots of fun hanging out while mommy worked. We went for a walk, went to the mall, went to DC for Thanksgiving, and then I hung out with Daddy and Grandpa while Mommy and Grandma went to NYC for Grandma's 60th birthday.

Sleeping patterns: Well, this past month has been a mixed bag of sleeping experiences. For a few weeks, I would wake up in the middle of the night and cry for mommy and daddy, who would then bring me into the big kids bed with them, which made me really happy and I would immediately fall back asleep. However, mommy and daddy weren't getting any sleep so it all came to a head on Thanksgiving when mommy said "enough is enough." She read a book all the way home from DC and made a new rule that I had to be in bed by 8 pm each night. We also spend about 15 minutes playing in my room beforehand. Works like a charm - I'm back to being a great sleeper and sleep about 11 hours each night.

My Likes: I love climbing up the stairs, but know that I'm not suppose to because I look around to see if anyone is watching me. I also like riding my truck that Aunt Milly and Uncle Jason gave me for Christmas. I can even push it forward with my feet! I also like to pretend I'm reading and to play ball with daddy.

My Dislikes: I still don't like having my diaper changed.

Other milestones: I've now got 6 teeth - 3 on top and 3 on the bottom. This means I've been eating more "people" food lately. Boy, did I love that guacamole that mommy made! I also started standing on my own, but have yet to take my first true "steps".

Trips: We took a trip to Aunt Milly and Uncle Jason's new house outside DC for Thanksgiving. I had so much fun crawling all over their big house and playing with the girls (or completely ignoring them).

Looking forward to in the next month: Going to Milwaukee and Tomah for Christmas. I'm going to meet Santa, too!

9 month update

Weight: 23.5 lbs (90th percentile)

Length: 29.25 inches (90th percentile)

Visitors: Grandma Honey and Jenna came to visit in the past month. Jenna came while daddy was in Italy. We hung out, played and went shopping in Philly.

Sleeping patterns: I generally have been sleeping really well at night. However, the past 3 nights I've been waking the entire house up around 12:30 for some attention. My pediatrician says that I have developed object permanence, so when I wake up, I cry for my mommy and daddy because I know they are somewhere near by.

My Likes: I love to walk behind my little truck all by myself. Sometimes I fall, but I'm actually pretty good at it and always look at mommy and daddy with a big smile on my face because I'm so proud of myself.

My Dislikes: I still HATE having my diaper changed. I really don't like my big boy car seat either.

Other milestones: I've been shaking my head a lot and clapping my hands. I went to my first baby swim class and have also started music class. I'm really good in all of my classes and would best be characterized as an "observer." Tonight I climbed up the stairs to reach a plastic bag.

Trips: We leave on Friday for a weekend in Cleveland to visit Ian and Kate Stuart and their son Adam who is 2 years old. He's going to show me the ropes on what it takes to be a toddler! I have it on good word that I may also be in Aruba for my first birthday. Woo hoo!

Looking forward to in the next month: Grandma and Grandpa Porter coming to visit for two weeks over Thanksgiving and celebrating Grandma's 60th birthday with her. We are also going to Aunt Milly and Uncle Jason's new house for Thanksgiving.

8 month update

Weight: 22.9 lbs

Length: 28.5 inches. I don't think I'm shrinking. I just think the nurse did a terrible job of measuring me at 6 months.

Visitors: Auntie Andra came last weekend for a little pumpkin action.

Sleeping patterns: Bed time has been moved up to around 8:30 pm on most nights and I will sleep until around 7 am. I sleep through almost every night, with some exceptions like last week when we had to have play time at 1:30 am.

My Likes: I like to do a lot of gross things right now - Drinking the water in the tub when I'm taking a bath, putting mommy and daddy's shoes in my mouth and chewing on the corner of the diaper box (proof in the picture above). Mommy also took me to Gymboree for the first time today and I had lots of fun playing on all the toys and having bubbles blown at me. Although I don't use the paci very much anymore, I do love to suck my thumb with something in my other hand (mommy's shirt, a blanket, a piece of paper). My favorite toy is probably the real remote control (minus batteries) that mommy & daddy gave me when they got tired of me changing the channels. I have also been tipping my head to the side recently, like I've got to get a different angle to figure something out.

My Dislikes: When mommy takes the magazine paper out of my hand that I'm trying to eat. When dinner time is over, I get fussy for a bit.

Other milestones: I've been eating some "adult" food like cheese and Ritz crackers. I also ate some avocado at a sushi restaurant, which I hated the first time mommy tried to feed it to me. I like sharing bananas with mommy too - she eats a bite, and then I get a bite. I'm pretty good at listening too - I know what "no" means, and I usually crawl to mommy or daddy when they ask me to. I haven't started walking yet, but I did "creep" from one thing to the other and if I'm holding mommy's hands I take these big, goofy steps like I'm in a marching band.

Trips: No big trips on planes this month. My next plane ride will be to Milwaukee for Christmas.

Looking forward to in the next month: Grandma Honey coming next weekend, Jenna the weekend after that and then Halloween. I have two costumes all ready to go! My swim classes start at the Y at the end of the month. Will mommy dunk me under?

7 month update

Weight: 22 lbs 0 oz

Length: Stay tuned!

Visitors: Kate came for a visit while since she was out our way for business, the Pasch's came over for the first time since moving to PA and Jamie and Aaron came for Labor Day.

Sleeping patterns: He is actually back to sleeping through the night. He still goes down between 9 and 10 pm and sometimes I even have to wake him up to feed him before I go to work.

My Likes: Pulling myself up on anything that is at the right height - couches, chairs, boxes, the printer, etc. I love to stand there and look around. I've also started dropping things on the floor while I'm standing, and practicing picking it up without falling flat on my butt.

My Dislikes: When mommy says "no" to me in a really stern voice, I usually crumble to the floor and cry. I also hate having my diaper changed. I immediately roll over on to my belly and make it very hard for mommy and daddy to do their job.

Other milestones: My first top tooth which Grandma Honey discovered while we were in Chicago this past weekend. I also had my first bottle of formula yesterday. Mommy thinks that 7 months of me exlusively drinking breast milk is enough.

Trips: We just got back today from a weekend in Chicago. Adam had a conference there today and tomorrow so we went in for the weekend and got to see some great friends.

Looking forward to in the next month: We don't have any trips or visitors in the next month - a first! We'll be resting up for a busy October - December.

Tuesday, August 10, 2010

6 month update

Weight: 21 lbs 3 oz (95th percentile)

Length: 29.25 inches (off the charts)

Visitors: Auntie Andra came for a weekend while Daddy was in NYC. Grandma Porter left yesterday after being here for 5 nights while Daddy was in California. Daddy is going to Italy in October for work.....who wants to come visit?

Sleeping patterns: Still going to sleep between 9 and 9:30, but is now consistently waking up at 3 am, sitting up in his crib and crying until mommy caves and feeds him. Last night I decided there wasn't going to be a 3 am feeding. So, I let him cry it out until he feel asleep about half an hour later. After another 30 minutes he was awake and crying again, so to perserve my own sanity, he got to eat.

My Likes: Practicing my crawling skillzzzzz. Playing on the floor by myself with my toys, the remote control and any magazines I can get my hands on. I like the bathtub because I pretend it's my own mini hottub.

My Dislikes: When mommy takes things away from me, especially any sort of paper product.

Other milestones: Crawling! I've also been making these cat-like groaning sounds, which crack mommy and daddy up. We also used a baby toothbrush for the first time today!

Trips: We went down to Fairfax, VA to meet Aunt Sharon, Uncle Bob, Kimmie, Neil, Melissa, Jordan and Peter. The next night we went to Woodbridge to meet Aunt Milly and Jocelyn, Bella and Ruby.

Looking forward to in the next month: G-mommy Kate coming to visit next week when she is here on business. Uncle Aaron and Aunt Jamie coming to visit for Labor Day. Going to Chicago the weekend of Sept 11 to visit all of Chicago peeps!

As a side note, I can't believe that my "little" newborn is already 6 months old....half a year! It seems like yesterday that we emerged from the blizzard to bring him home. And here we sit in 95 degree heat - so much change in so little time. I can imagine that time is only going to go by even more quickly from here on out.

24 weeks

Jackson is 24 weeks old today and such an occasion calls for a quick update on the one, the only, Lovey Loo.....

Moves

  • Rolling over, from stomach to back and back to stomach
  • Sitting up on his own for long periods of time
  • Moving from being on his back or stomach into a sitting position (tonight I found him sitting in his crib under his mobile, crying, just waiting for mommy to save him)
  • Moving across the floor (not crawling!) commando style. He has been known to wedge himself under the couch and chair.
  • He loves our little pig watering can and will climb a mountain to get that thing in his hand.

Eats

  • Twice a day he has rice cereal and the veggie/fruit du jour.
  • So far sweet potatoes, carrots and bananas are a hit. Peas go down the shoot, but not very happily.
  • His two bottom teeth have fully "popped"
  • He's still breastfeeding and I'm still pumping at work. I have no idea how long this will last!

Sleeps

  • He sleeps through the night about every other night. The non-sleep through nights usually involve a little back rubbing until he quiets down. Sometimes, if he's lucky (i.e., really mad) he gets to eat.
  • He is a champ at going to sleep. 9 times out of 10 I just have to lay him down in his crib and he is out.
  • He's still napping a lot at school as well.

Talks

  • No talking yet! There are more consonant sounding noises, though.
  • He is also starting to blow raspberries which is pretty funny now, but I'm sure it will get pretty old, especially if he does it while he's eating.

Acts

  • He's starting to cry in reaction to some people, although generally seems totally fine to have anybody hold him
  • He's also cried for the first time when he had something taken away from him (my flip flop!)

5 month update

Weight: 20 lbs 10 oz

Length: Will have to get back to you on this one.

Visitors: G-daddy Phil came in the middle of June on a business trip

Sleeping patterns: Usually goes to bed by 9:30 pm and sleeps until about 4:30 or 5. Then mommy feeds me and I go back to sleep until it's time to go to daycare.

My Likes: Getting on my hands and knees and "rocking." Sitting up like a big boy, and then toppling over! Rice cereal and sweet potatoes. Going to daycare and seeing my buddies.

My Dislikes: The Chewbacca noise that daddy makes scares me to death.

Other milestones: Eating solids for the first time. He also had his first "paid" babysitter so we could go out for Father's Day. And to celebrate being able to survive 5 months with a man-child baby, mommy and daddy are going to see Sting tonight! You will be staying home with babysitter Dave.

Trips: We went to Cambridge, MD for a couple days for a business trip daddy had. We also went to VA for 6 nights before I started daycare and mommy went back to work.

Looking forward to in the next month: Auntie Andra coming to visit this weekend while daddy is in NYC for a wedding. Daddy's birthday on July 20 when we're going to have the kickball team over for a cookout!

Jackson demonstrates his newfound rocking skills.

4 month update

Weight: 19 lbs 10 oz

Length: 26 inches. He doesn't seem to be getting a lot taller! Wish the weight would start to level off!

Visitors: Kate Dall, Ann Elliott, Nick Halstead

Sleeping patterns: Over the past month have been waking up once during the night to eat, but am now going back to sleeping through the night. The other night I slept for 9 hour straight!

My Likes: Tummy time - who woulda thought? Rolling over, all the time and therefore almost exclusively sleeping on my belly. Putting anything and everything in my mouth. Drooling on everything. Sucking my thumb. Kicking my legs so much that mommy can barely change my diaper. My ducky paci now that I can hold it myself.

My Dislikes: When my "guys" on my exercauser don't go in my mouth the right way I get very upset.

Other milestones: I can roll over from my back to my tummy, but only going to the right. I went in the swimming pool for the first time. I've discovered my feet and my hands and love to watch them.

Trips: We went back to Mora, MN for Great Grandpa Barker's funeral on June 5th.

Looking forward to in the next month: Going to my "school" so my mommy can stop being a slacker and go back to work. Taking a couple of trips - one to MD and one to VA.

14 weeks

I get weekly baby development emails that say what Jackson should be able to do each week. I'm pretty amazed by how accurate the emails are. Here is what it says for 14 weeks old.
  • Your baby may now be reaching and grasping for objects (YES! He's almost spilt a bowl of cereal all over the desk a couple of times because he's such a grabber. Then there's the challenge of me keeping my hair out of his hands as well. I just can't bring myself to get a "mommy" haircut.)

  • He stops crying at his parent's voice (Sure, although that doesn't mean he stays quiet!)

  • He brings hands or objects to his mouth (Yup, pretty much puts anything into his mouth that he can. Especially Kate's finger.)

  • He recognizes mom (He loves to look at mommy and definitely knows that I'm the milk lady.)

  • He begins to respond to his name (Negativo. I suppose part of the problem is the slew of nicknames we have for him. He may go to school thinking his name is Boo, Booser or Lovey Lou.)

3 month update

Weight: 17.6 lbs

Length: 26 inches

Visitors: Uncle Josh, Colleen & Rob Scheibel, Michelle, Tim & Madison Eatherton

Sleeping patterns: I have been occasionally sleeping through the night. However, on the eve of my 3 month birthday, I woke up at 12:45 am, 4:00 am and 6:30 am just to remind my mommy that I'm still in charge.

My Likes: Sitting in my exercauser and looking at all the toys, Uncle Aaron singing to me, being held face out, going outside and looking around, blowing spit bubbles, gnawing on other people's shoulders, fingers, arms.

My Dislikes: Tummy time still stinks. Sitting in the bumbo seat is for dumbos!

Other milestones: First time I sucked my thumb! I'm a regular now.

Trips: We went on a 10 day, 5 city tour of WI from April 23 - May 3.

Looking forward to in the next month: More visitors! Uncle Aaron, Ann Elliott, Nick Halsted and maybe even G-mommy Kate. I'm also going to my mom's work this week to meet all her co-workers that have heard all about me.
